How to search for vacant commercial space or vacant single-tenant properties​

  1. Open the app and click Search for Space

  2. Choose For Lease, For Sale, or Both 

  3. Choose the property type

  4. Choose the Continent

  5. Enter country, state, city, or zip code 

  6. Once you see an interesting space click on it and view all photos and space details 

  7. You can share and map the property

  8. You can also email or call the contact 

How to Add vacant space and vacant single-tenant properties to CommercialSPC

  1. Take up to 10 photos of your vacant space, using your mobile phone

  2. Register for an account or if you already have an account just log in

  3. Select Add Space

  4. Choose your property type

  5. Add up to 10 photos

  6. Enter space details

  7. Enter Space location

  8. Add your payment information.

CommercialSPC property types:​

  2. Office: Commercial spaces used primarily for administrative or professional purposes, such as office buildings, corporate headquarters, and business parks.

  4. Warehouse: Commercial spaces used primarily for the storage and distribution of goods, typically featuring high ceilings, loading docks, and large open spaces.

  5. Flex: Commercial spaces that offer a mix of office and industrial features, allowing for a variety of uses, such as research and development, light manufacturing, and storage.

  6. Special Purpose: Commercial spaces that are designed and built for a specific use, such as medical facilities, schools, and churches.

  7. Single Tenant Retail: A retail property that is leased by one tenant, often a large chain store or franchise.

  8. Single Tenant Office: An office property that is leased by one tenant, typically a large corporation or government agency.

  9. Restaurant: Commercial spaces used for the preparation and serving of food and beverages to customers, such as fast food chains, fine dining establishments, and coffee shops.

  10. Other: This can include a variety of commercial spaces that do not fit neatly into the above categories, such as parking garages, hotels, and movie theaters.
